Approaches Used by NFL to Resolve Issue
There were different approaches which were followed by the National Football League to
resolve the issue:
League conducted the extensive investigation in which investigators of league
interviewed dozens of witnesses including Miss Tiffany who alleged multiple
instances of physical violence since 2016 (Forbes.com, 2019)
The advisors of NFL participated in meeting with Elliott who was being represented
by the legal team members and the association of NFL. The group tried to review
investigative reports along with materials and medical reports and the different
submissions of the NFL players which were on behalf of Elliott (Green & Carney,
2017)
From the various findings of the letter to Elliott which advised him of the decision
wherein the advisors were in the view that there was persuasive and substantial which
supported the conclusion that Elliott was engaged in physical violence activities against Miss
Thomson on various occasions during July 2016 (Pulj.org, 2019). After the viewing of the
different records along with considering the independent views of the different advisors, the
case was resolved through punishing him by the NFL by not allowing him to play for the next
six matches. Therefore, from the above, it can be analysed that the NFL needs to improve the
overall scenario by punishing Elliott as it is the main rule of the team.
The effectiveness of NFL in Resolving Issue while Maintaining Vision, Mission and
Goals
The central aspect which was followed by the NFL is that the authorities support the
different personal and professional code policies appropriately. The NFL has introduced new
