Introduction:
The necessity of the sustainable business management from the part of the companies
for ensuring their survival in the modern world of business is visible. According to the
comments of Gliedt, Hoicka and Jackson (2018), majority of the mainstream companies are
observed to face the heat of the market in this aspect and that is pretty visible with their urge
in developing the sustainability reports. Schaltegger, Hansen and Lüdeke-Freund (2016)
mentioned that almost each and every national government is observed to be determined in
enhancing the quality of their environment and that influenced them in formulating
appropriate environmental legislations for restricting the unsustainable business operations of
the commercial and non -commercial organizations. At the same time, Malik, Abdallah and
Hussain (2016) mentioned a unique fact with the claim that there is a substantial change in
the preferences of the customers on the basis of environmental sustainability and further
added that the customers are largely inclined towards the companies which are capable of
aligning their business actions in accordance to the environmental guidelines of the nation as
that has a tendency of making them feel that the company considers the betterment of their
future.
As a result, the business plans of the modern companies are seen to portray a great
level of importance for the management of the sustainability in their business actions. The
study discusses regarding the business operations of one such business organization named as
Sustainability Victoria. The study provides a brief elaboration regarding the history of the
company and the commercial activities that it conducts. At the same time, the study explains
the nature of the business plan and the factors that make it innovative from other companies.
Other than this, the study provides a detailed assessment of the business strategies that the
