To what degree did your decisions regarding specification of the products serve to
attract customer demand? What do you plan for round 2, based on the outcome?
Increasing and improving specification is always handy to increase the rate of
customer attractions leading to increase in customer demand. Goods with improved
specifications will definitely act as competitive one. In order to move to round 2, based on the
outcome will definitely looking into things that has performed better. On the other hand,
using the developed level of product will definitely look to increase the development of
business.
What level of quality and reliability—mean time between failure (MTBF) did you build
into your products and why?
Considering the mean time between failure the quality and reliability is considered
and in order to increase the development of product by using superior quality of raw
materials and in order to indulge the development of resources will definitely increase the
testing process for the goods that are being sold (Albert & Grzeda, 2015).
How did you ensure that the perceived age of the product meets customer demand?
By estimating the time taken by the consumers to use the products through customer
survey and determining perceived age of durable goods will increase as long the customers
will continue to demand that particular quantity of goods.
