medium to large size packages across the Sydney in shortest amount of time while making
increasing amount of profit with service quality and customer satisfaction.

Introduction:
Participation of decision making process and being aware of the whole purpose and
procedure of the changes is crucial for this operational alteration. The purpose of this report is
to influence, support and provide the resources for individuals and groups at Fast Track
Couriers in order to enable them in participation of decision-making process while
contributing to innovation improvement and implementation.
