In 21st century, the process of communication within organisation has become a serious issue.
This is because leaders are changing their process of communication from tactical focus to
strategic and superior level. The chief focus of this project is to prepare an executive
summary discussing about the use of communications by leaders for executing their
strategies.
Explanation:
Over the years, leaders have changed their procedure of communication within their
respective organisations. This is because communications help them to do various things. For
instance, internal communication regarding the ongoing strategy as well as status can help
employees of an organisation to engage with their work more at present than before. Through
this process, employees remain connected with their work, which in turn can help the
organisation to produce more output with higher quality. Initially, they used media
placements and speech writing (Argenti 2017). However, at modern days, they start to
develop and implement strategy with the help of communication. Moreover, they utilise
influence reputation and sophisticated measurement for understanding constituencies. In this
