 Virtual teams are becoming the most widely used means of
modern business communication. They help in forming
international teams via technologically advanced platforms
like video conferencing.

 Virtual teams help in levaraging the international talent.(Pozin et al 2018).
 ABC Company will be able to collaborate with staffs from Sanghai, Los
Angeles, Bangalore.
 Reduction in real estate cost
 ABC company will be able to save real estate cost and invest in their
R&D department.
 Poor internet connection might hamper the business meetings (Bartel-Radic &
Münch 2016)
 Certain employees might become unresponsive intentionally
 Employees conflicts might arise due to cultural difference

Conclusion
 ABC company has to use the instant messages, hangouts in
order to stay in constant connection with their employees so
that there is no gaps in between. They have to use the virtual
team system in order to diversify their range of skills and
knowledge.
