The communication strategies In this fast paced modern business world, it is very important for the leaders to communicate with the employees very effectively. They have to use certain techniques of communication so they can be able to use these techniques for the best interest of the development of the organization (Alvesson 2012). The business environment is getting quite complicated in the latest times. This is why leaders must be able touse the certain digital technologies. The use of technology is a very important communication strategy indeed (Fitzgerald et al. 2014). It is definitely faster than using the telephones. The leaders and managers should use the e-mails to communicate with the employees indeed. This will definitely help the organizations to improve their functions indeed. The leaders must be volatile enough to communicate with all the concerned employees and make quick implications of the taken decisions (Goetsch, and Davis 2014). This will surely enhance the capability of the employees in various ways. The leaderscan also send their messages to their subordinate employeesthrough conducting the meetings. Sometimes the companies might go through some uncertain periods and this is the time for the leaders to be very strict indeed. The leaders should be dynamic and
