which are rise in the modern business world are Ethics, Sustainability, Innovation and
Entrepreneurship. This report contains the impact of management issues which are shaping
organisation in 21st century and also includes there positive effects on business if they are
maintained properly. Further in this report discuss management competencies which are
required by organisation to face complexity, diversification and globalisation in work place.
Further discuss the effective research on variety of organisation settings.

The term ethics refers to principles which are designed to govern the conduct of a person,
members of a profession or an organisation. The ethical issues cover a wide range of topics
but most arise due to potential conflict between the goals of the organisation, or goals of
individual, managers and fundamental rights of stakeholders.Ethics have become an
organisation priority in 21st century, society need for an ethical culture in every organisation
opportunities to influence social culture, through the institutionalisation of ethical values.
When this occurs, communities benefit from the positive influences employees take from
their workplace back to families friends and associates (Hartman, DesJardins& MacDonald,

organisation need to ensure that they are interacting with their employees. To cover
the barriers occur due to diversification and globalisation of workplace the
organisation need to design policies, procedures, safety rules and other important
information and the organisation can also translate those policies and safety rules by
using pictures and symbols whenever applicable.
2. Eliminate Discrimination: The organisation should take initiative to eliminate the
risk of discrimination. Employees should not be judge on the bases of their
background, age, gender etc. instead individual should judge on the bases of their
success and failure on the particular job.
3. Encourage employee to work in diverse and globe groups: Diverse and globe work
team let employees get to know value of one another on individual bases and can help
in break down preconceived notions and cultural misunderstanding.
