Introduction
This report discusses about the culture, management and leadership of a new and
innovative technology company. The concept of management involve all these terms i.e. culture,
leadership or management. In this report, the new and innovative technology company is
creating and to lead this company, the people are needed to work at this company. The
characteristics of the people that we would want working at our company will be described in
relation to the culture that we are trying to cultivate. The two leadership qualities will be identify
that we would look for in employees. The background and experience of the people will be
identified. The culture of the organization will be discussed and the ways that ensures that
company’s culture fosters creativity and innovation among employees will be analyzed further in
this report (Western, 2019).
Characteristics of the people in relation to the culture trying to cultivate
1. A strong vision and identity: they are looking for a people who have clear vision and
identity of what company is pointed and what the company believes in and what they are
expected to working toward.
2. Honest leader: the employees should be honest leader towards the work as many people
choose to follow leaders they trust so they must set an example for other team members
towards working honestly (Paige, 2019).
3. Able to create culture of collaboration: they must be able to create the culture of
collaboration for better work, and for creative and innovative results (Zaugg, Et al, 2018).
4. Involve in little politics: it is known that every organization has politics so the people to
whom company would like to working in their company should involve little of it and
effort hard to when it move stealthily and stomp it out.
5. Taking initiative and responsibility: the people must take initiative beyond their normal
responsibilities of job and ability to perceive something that require to be done (Kibilko,
2019).
