The different consultancy helps in adding to the different existing skill related profiles
of the staffs for enhancing their capabilities along with contributing towards the better results
in business (Wagner 2017). It is additional resource; however, it will be capable of improving
the growth prospects of the company successfully.

As a management consultant, it will be easier for them in carrying out the research
along with collecting data for understanding company. The management consultant tries in
interviewing clients and run the focus groups as well as facilitate the workshops successfully
(Sturdy and O’Mahoney 2018).

Expert Model helps in assuming that client tries to purchase from consultants when
she or he is unable to provide it themselves (Sturdy and O’Mahoney 2018).
Doctor-Patient Model is that the client can be experiencing symptoms wherein
something is wrong and they do not have cue regarding what is wrong.
Process Consultation is the fact that it is creation of relationship with client which
helps in permitting client to perceive and understand and react to process events which occur
in the internal as well as external environment.

It is essential for the consultants to take care of the different kinds of the social
economic aspects of tackling the environmental issues which will be useful for improving the

efficiency of the performance in the market in an accurate manner (Sturdy and O’Mahoney
2018).

Strategic Process can be helpful for developing integrated strategic plan which will be
capable of building clarity as well as consensus on the critical game plan.
Operational process and Human Processes are mainly concerned related to the
organizational development and interim management which will be efficient in managing
growth (Maaravi 2018).

Human Resources- The human resource management approach is considered to be
the strategic as well as consistent approach to management of the individuals within the
company. Through the respective management of the company’s most valued assets, different
kinds of benefits can be analyzed successfully (Maaravi 2018). The HRM helps in
representing the major investment in terms of the what has been spent on the individuals for
providing training and development related opportunities to the different individuals
successfully.
Organizational Development- It helps in seeking for improving the company or the
work group’s handling the internal processes successfully. It will be capable of handling the
different processes such as decision-making, style of leadership which needs to be followed
along with building trust and teamwork which are considered to be the key elements in
managing effectiveness in consulting firms (Lidinska and Jablonsky 2018).
