Feminism is the things which gets a lot of importance now a day and as we are
growing in the new phase of the feminism, A Phase where our society has given the freedom
to every woman, woman can do every think which man does. Government has made the laws
for the woman so they can work in the industry and earn money for their family (Haraway
and Goodeve., 2018). There are many female who have achieved success in the different
industry and they are showing their talent in the every business field. There are many Female
managers who0 have their own particular department where they manage all the activities in
the big Multinational companies.
But still when woman with children in the office disclose her day care planning, men
and women can’t stop themselves from wondering how defectively she needs her wages and
thinking that perhaps her family is better off with her at home. So the females who are
working in the superior’s post who has sweat bullets to gain her status at their job present a
silver of the tiredness, motherly emotional, tired etc (Pateman., 2018). Men and woman cast
the shadow of the incompetence which hides their business or job carrier.
It is important for the FFPS required to make sure that females’ to have children
provisioning which as this can have huge impact on their economic participation and
diminishing quality of their working life. For example, China is the nation which deduct
their coverage for working mothers. FFPs should make the proper packages which can
support both male and female.
