INTRODUCTIONManagement is the administration of an organisation and it is a process in which certainstrategies are made so that coordination between employees, employers and resources can bemade which will help them in achieving set business goals. Managers have the role ofestimating, planning, organising, setting and controlling the things in a way that it yieldsproductive results. The main function of management in organisation is to satisfy variousstakeholders through making profits and creating value products at a suitable cost for customersas well as by offering employment opportunities for staff (Best, 2010). This report will behighlighting two management theories which are needed to be considered while assignment andthese will be applied on various area of the management. TASK 1There are various management theories which are implemented in the organisation so thatproductivity and service quality can be increased. It is observed that normally companies do notuse a single management theory but they prefer to use a combination of these so that moreeffective results can be obtained. Theories that will be more appropriate depend on the situation,workplace, purpose and workforce. For the international assignment, there will be focus onSystem theory and X & Y approach through taking the management area of employeesconsidering planning, performance , motivational theories and group dynamics as well ascoordination coordinating in a team along with conflict management. System TheoryIt is considered as one of the crucial theories in management today that treats a companyas a system. There can be closed and open but in most of the scenarios it is treated as opensystem only. It could be said that it is a study of system and there is interaction by the way ofinputs, throughputs and outputs. It is defined by its boundaries and it is more than the sum of itsparts. If change in any one part of system takes place then it will put a direct impact on the whole(Brigham and Houston, 2012). System can be defined as a single to achieve the overall targets.For example; employees and resources available with any company will be system and each ofthem is given with certain roles and responsibilities. In case if there will be removal of any oneemployee from their position then it would be harder for them to perform any task. In acompany, the input will be their people, money, technology and raw materials as well as these go1
