process and embracing such changes will help a company to broaden its prospects. ERP system,
in an organization helps in monitoring the functions within the organization, as well as execute
plans and measures within the framework.
ERP has proved to be efficient and effective in assembling effectiveness of measures and
bring ease within the functionality. Many companies have utilized this to maximize their
production and manage expenses. ERP systems are comprehensive in nature let the companies
manage their system in effective manner.
Discussion
An ERP system allows to achieve the estimated and anticipated results in the cheapest
way possible. In order to succeed, it is important to eliminate disparate system of conduct and
adapt cohesive ways of operation. ERP systems should be chosen by the IT department of the
company according to the requirement and scale. They should conduct research to analyze the
requirements and the kind of aid and support required to implement strategies as well as optimize
performance (Tarigan and Basana 2019). The IT department is most likely to understand the
business operations and functions most perfectly and identify the areas in which support is
