the organizations are required to adopt the latest technology in their working procedures as well as
operations to maintain their position in the market and also to retain their customers as well. The
present report is about the Smartville a factory planted by the Mercedes Benz at Hambach,
France. The Smartville is the 21st century organization that is highly adopting and appreciating
latest technologies emerging in the business environment and the automobile sector.

Work practices
Time waits for nobody so is the technology. Technology is sprouting so rapidly in the today's
era that it is quickly shifting the workplace environment of the organisation with acceptance of
latest technology. Business leaders are often accepting the latest technology to enhance their
office infrastructure or to provide the better pay to their employees, to improve the transport
facilities are the various changes within the workplace to change the existing outdated work
practices which can help the organisation in increasing their productivity as well as the morale
