Abstract
Racism demarcates the gap between the black and the white people. Educational parameter is
one of an important aspect in terms of mapping the behaviour towards respecting the people
from the other cultures. Ethnographic study on racism is effective in terms of uplifting the
standards of living for the victims. Non-observational method is fruitful in terms of collecting
relevant data from the subjects averting the chances of illegal instances. Infusing the social
contract theory is assistance in terms of focusing on the interactions between the social
hierarchies. These interactions relates with the hypothesis regarding the racism within the
educational parameter. Social constructs adds value to the findings in terms of segmenting the
behaviour as intentional or non-intentional. This approach results in the formation of specific
notions regarding racism. The aspect of interaction reflects the conglomeration of students
from different cultures, contradicting the conflicts based on race, colour and caste. The major
drive behind this is the role of the administration in terms of implementing the legislations.

Introduction
Ethnographic studies are crucial in terms of gaining an awareness about the social constructs
prevalent in the caste, class, religion, race and culture as a whole. This study enhances the
awareness about the perceptions related to the identity formation. Incorporation of social
contract theory is assistance in terms of delving deeper into the context and deducing relevant
conclusions regarding judgments for the societal position in case of the black and the white
(King, 2015). Racism, in the current context, is segmented into individual racism and
institutional racism. However, critics point out that the superiority within racism aggravates
the complexity in terms of interactions between the black and the whites. The major drive
behind this are the harsh and orthodox rules and regulations, which has broadened the gap
between the black and the whites. The demarcation, black and white contradicts the
individualism as a whole, attaching interrogative parameter to the identity formation.
Proposing the limitations reflects the attempts towards confessing the incapabilities regarding
the execution of the research according to the identified and the specified objectives. This
report attempts to shed light on the racism in the parameter of education.
Limitations
Time and financial constraints have been the most crucial limitation for carrying out the
research. Due to the lack of sufficient time, the researcher failed to conduct quantitative
research for gaining an insight into the extent to which racism has affected their educational
establishment. Along with this, inadequate financial resources has compelled the researcher
to refer to limed sources for collecting data on the racism among the black and white students
(Kanter et al., 2017). Permission was to be taken for most of the sources in terms of
collecting the information, which delayed the completion of the research related activities.
