The Football is the most popular sport in the
world. The magnificent growth of the media as
well as the information technology have
converted the globe of today to a village where
the data and the information can be transferred
within a second. The purpose of this
presentation is to discuss the current
management issues in Iran’s football, which is
suffering from the traditional management.

THE ISSUE:
For describing the issues that are related to
the management in football, this is necessary
for exploring the features that are outstanding
for the soccer, there are four dominant
challenges. The challenges are as follows:

THE PRODUCTS RELATED TO FOOTBALL AND
THE MARKET:
This is so much difficult for defining the products
that have relation with the football, every person is
having his own expectations and experience for the
events related to football and other games. This can
be concluded that the Soccer provides more than
experience, service and entertainment. There can be
six possible offerings from the package of football.
They are, 1)Teams, 2) football competitions and
matches, 3) clubs, 4) football events and arenas, 5)
football players, and 6) merchandise.
