Finally, it is an industrialized way of leadership style that aims towards offering an adequate and reliable recognition to the front runners most so the ones who are fully concerned with the globalized market in some of the areas where the entire organization intends to carry out its operations. The following are some of the major examples of potential resistance to change that are likely to be faced by the key stakeholders; (1)Threat of power at an individual level- One of the major potential resistances to change that is likely to be experienced by the stakeholders is the threat of power at an individual level. This will in turn act as a potential resistance to change within the whole organization. (2)Losing the control by the employees- This is another type of potential resistance to change that the stakeholders are likely to encounter.
