Introduction
Old jerry is one of the most reputable organizations that are known to be serving a wide variety
of customers who are found within the central part of London together with the ones who are at
the external level. One of the major reasons that have enabled the entire organization to acquire a
positive reputation among various personalities is due to its ability to provide various products
and services to a wide range of customers without discriminating them on the basis of
background, color or even gender. On the other hand, the senior management team working
within the organization is capable of attaining a wide range of goals and objectives within the
stipulated time frame (Abdullah, Ismail and Nachum 2016). At the same time, the senior
management officials have also been able to implement a wide range of management strategies
that are geared towards taking the entire organizations to the next level (Gomollón et al. 2016).
One of the most fundamental concerns that the entire restaurant has been focusing on is the need
for each and every employee to work hand in hand with the senior management team thus
making it much easier to evaluate some of the areas where loopholes might be existing. It is a
strategy that has enabled the entire organization to come up with a wide range of
recommendations pertaining what should be done together with what should be avoided thereby
taking the entire organizational performance towards the right direction (Erevelles, Fukawa and
Swayne 2016).
The entire organization is known to comprise on lodging together with various types of theme
parks. Moreover, the entire organization was implemented with an intention of providing a wide
range of foods and drinks experiences through the use of one of the most reputable brands that

was known to have gained popularity across various regions. To ensure that each and every
customer is served according to his or her needs, this organization has been able to set up various
branches across various regions within the central part of London (Haans, Pieters and He, 2016).
Through this, it has been able to reach out to a wide variety of personalities without making them
to strain too much when looking for various products and services belonging to the organization,
In fact, setting up a wide variety of branches is different location has been one of the most
fundamental strategies to be developed by the senior management teams since through this, they
have been able to work together towards achieving the future goals that are known to be attached
to the whole organization (Assimos et al. 2016).
Leadership styles which have been adopted with an intention of delivering the change program
of the whole organization
There are a wide range of leadership styles that have been adopted within the organization with
an intention of delivering quite a number of changes that aims towards taking the entire
organization to the next level (Catapano et al. 2016). Moreover, these leadership styles are
known to have been used by engaging different types of ethics in the organization, it has been the
duty of the top management officials to ensure that the leadership styles are well addressed. The
following are among the major leadership styles that have been adopted with an intention of
bring quite a number of positive changes;
Autocratic leadership- This is one of the major leadership style that has been adopted
within the organization where it has acted as an essential form of leadership where all
authority and responsibility within the entire organization is fully centered within the
office of the leader. As a result of this leadership style, various leaders have shown a lot

of concern by making various decisions on their own without engaging the rests of the
subordinates who are also operating within the organization (Adner and Kapoor 2016).
Through this, they have carried out different types of research pertaining various
decisions and they carry out an efficient communication to the subordinates. In relation to
how this leadership style carries out various operations, it did not emerge as an
appropriate and reliable form of leadership styles since all the employees within the
organization did not support it because it did not give them a humble opportunity to take
part in different conditions of decision making processes (Petrenko et al. 2016).
Democratic leadership- This is the second type of leadership which has been adopted by
the whole organization where each and every subordinate within the boundaries of the
organization is given the mandate to fully take part in the decision making processes.
When compared to autocratic, this type of leadership is fully centered on the
contributions that are given by all the subordinates as far as the decision making process
is concerned (Bergh et al. 2016). One of the most unique features that are attached to this
leadership style is that various form of communication tends to be active towards the
upward direction and downward direction. This form of leadership style has in deed
proven appropriate to the entire organization as a result of it bringing on board various
situations that are related to fairness, competence together with creativity (Bettis et al.
2016).
Strategic leadership- The organization has also been able to fully concentrate on this form
of leadership style which has been able to essential involve a leader who is the head of
the entire organization. Moreover, it is a leadership style that makes the strategic leader
not to be limited to the ones who are found at the top of the organization. This makes it to
