Introduction
Management is considered as the way of controlling actions and activities of specific group as
well as performing the functions such as create efficient planning and strategies, organising
business resources at all hierarchical level and motivate, direct as well as inspire them to perform
business operations with efficiency and effectiveness. On the other hand, leadership is the ability
of an individual that enable them to motivate and inspire other to perform operations in well-
defined manner that lead overall business in the direction and growth. To run business operations
properly, it is essential for business to use effective leadership and management that enable
business to perform all activities with efficiency and effectiveness. Case study of Welcon
Automotive Ltd is taken into consideration in this report which is multinational automobile
organisation. Mr. Jerry is the leader of Welcon organisation who adopts friendly and people-
oriented approach. In this report problems that management of organisation faces and solutions
to resolve these problems with efficiency. Efficient management as well as leadership theories
that enable business to resolve the problems and some practical recommendations are explained
in this project report.

The employees can be dissatisfied with the management and leadership style chosen by a
company. Excessive use of management and leadership in the organization can lead to cause
negative impact on performance of employees. The performance management of employees
should be regulated by top level and strategic management of a business in order to minimise the
negative impact. It is also one of the crucial and major duty of a company's management to take
into consideration application of management information system and digital technology tools in
order to gain growth and expansion (Reynolds, and McKimm, 2021). All major companies in the
international and national marketplace should focus on development of various tools and
techniques that are important for business development. The different methods and approaches in
leadership style should be implemented with support of effective measures to ensure employee
satisfaction. It is major and ethical duty of human resource management to focus on development

of employees in order to gain competitive advantage. The management should also focus on
analysing wants and needs of employees and fulfil them with help of key goals and measures to
lead the competition. It is also one of the major duty of management to find out optimum ways

with help and support of key functions and operations that are based on professionalism. In the
era of stiff competition between different companies, it is crucial for a business entity to focus on
choosing effective management style according to preference of employees (Rich Singleton, and
Wadhwa, 2018). The business organizations at the marketplace should also focus on analysing
key competitive strength of a business by taking into consideration employee's goals. In order to
increase the efficiency and effectiveness of a company, it is important for company to develop
major and systematic approach. All major companies in the marketplace focus on analysing key
policies and goals in order to develop systematic operations.

choosing correct leadership and management style by focusing on preferences of employees. It is
