Introduction
The evolution of higher education systems over the past few decades is characterized
by a specific attention to the subject of 'efficiency'. The topic of 'efficiency' is explained as
the competence to produce the maximum amount of educational services for a specific
budget. This area of discussion is receiving substantial attention when public financial plans
are increasingly decreased and consequently public investments in domains such as higher
education experience a significant decline in the public resources distributed to them (Altbach
2014). Simultaneously, the expectation of citizens towards the roles and responsibilities of
higher education institutions are significantly growing higher in comparison to previous
decades. According to Hazelkorn (2015), people are of the perception that higher education
institutions must educate their students to be great citizens for tomorrow's world which will
be attributed by the essentiality for advanced, sophisticated skills by the contact between
research and social economic development as well as by a continuous cycle of advanced
technology, expertise, innovation and knowledge transfer from academia to external
stakeholders. As a result, from such a standpoint, 'doing more with less' is currently regarded
as a vital factor which characterizes all of the public sectors' activities which include the
financial aids of higher educations' management and operational processes (Noe et al. 2017).
Additionally, building an efficient education institution infrastructure is a constructive goal.
However, in current times it has developed as an elusive one. The aim of the following paper
is to recognise the areas of improvements essential for renowned education institute Elite
Education institution located in Australia and provide relevant recommendations to uplift its
management and operation processes to obtain established position in the Australian
educational sector and worldwide.

interesting and nurturing higher education environment with a diverse cultural background of

students are highly encouraged and assisted to involve themselves any classes in order to
enhance their individualist skills and capabilities essential to obtain a professional path in
subject domains like business management, public relation industries, accounting as well as
pursue a master's degree in Australia (Elite Education Institute., 2019. With their integrating
classroom learning provisions, interaction with practicing industry experts and leaders along
with business placement scopes, students have been able to embrace a global perspective and
emphasize knowledge of the Asia Pacific region. However, for EEI to obtain a sense of social
