This paper discusses regarding the various process and procedures related to the development of the team in any modern organizations. The paper shows the application of the Tuckman Team Development theories along with the Belbin’s theories for the effective elaboration of the importance of the team development inside the organizations. In addition to this, the paper provides significant amount of information regarding my experience in the completion of the formative assessment. Along with this, the paper provides key information such as the benefits of working in the teams with a precise focus on the roles and responsibilities of the leaders and the members of the teams.
