System
Locating, Adapting, Adopting and Communicating WHS policies
Workplace Health and Safety Policy is generally implemented in each and every
organization to ensure the safety of the employees in the business enterprise and ensure their
safety while working for the organization in the workplace. The WHS policy of the Australian
Hardware is in accordance with the different ethical and legal obligations of the company in
order to maintain a proper and effective health and safety working environment for the
employees of the said company. The Geelong store of the Australian Hardware can be cited as
the best example of implementation of the WHS policies that can be followed by the other stores
of the organization. The company is committed to the well being of the employees and the other
stakeholders who are associated with them. The organization is focused in the maintenance,
preservance, and providence of the work environment with quality and safety.
Identification of Duty Holders
The main duty Holders of the following organization are namely the PCBU or the person
holding the business or undertaking. This PCBU must have the following characteristics like;

different kinds of risks and hazards associated with these operations
