The main aim of this assignment is to highlight the factors that contribute in increasing the
productivity of the employees as well as the organizations. In the context of the case study, it has
been found that the activities related to the manufacturing and engineering of the head office is
being done in Melbourne, which is complemented by inclusive sales and marketing operations
based in Sydney. Moreover, the company has different branches in sales and distribution in all
states of Australia except Western Australia (Osterwalder and Pigneur, 2010). The company
employs around 3,900 people and thousands more are employed in its supplier and retail
networks. It has been found that Toyota is a big company in Australia of vehicle exporter,
shipping to more than 13 various overseas markets. This company is founded in 1938 that
provides an upper level of satisfaction to the employees as well as a customer by their services.
This report will explain the business model canvas entailing nine elements of the case study.

services company situated in Tokyo, Japan. Fujitsu is working closely with Toyota and that is
why they carefully designed and organized united SOE that involved Windows 7 and standard of
Fujitsu End User Services Management Platform for over a number of devices (Fujitsu, 2014).
