leading automotive companies. The importance of SWOT analysis in the business keeps
significant value, as it helps in knowing the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of the
business. Business model canvas is referred to as strategic management along with the lean start-
up template for improving new or developing existing business models. Business model canvas
is a visual chart with elements elaborating the product value proposition and finances of the
product. SWOT analysis is taken into consideration with describing each element, which would
be helpful in elaborating the importance of each element in the form of strength, weakness,

Introduction
The main aim of this assignment is to highlight the factors that contribute in increasing the
productivity of the employees as well as the organizations. In the context of the case study, it has
been found that the activities related to the manufacturing and engineering of the head office is
being done in Melbourne, which is complemented by inclusive sales and marketing operations
based in Sydney. Moreover, the company has different branches in sales and distribution in all
states of Australia except Western Australia (Osterwalder and Pigneur, 2010). The company
employs around 3,900 people and thousands more are employed in its supplier and retail
networks. It has been found that Toyota is a big company in Australia of vehicle exporter,
shipping to more than 13 various overseas markets. This company is founded in 1938 that
provides an upper level of satisfaction to the employees as well as a customer by their services.
This report will explain the business model canvas entailing nine elements of the case study.
With the help of this, it would be easy for the readers to understand the concept of business
model canvas in a significant manner. Along with that, the elaboration of each factor of SWOT
