were many hospitality services provided to the tourist. In the year 1920 and 2000 there were no
better facilities for transportation and it was creating many issues and problems in the industry of
travel and hospitality. For exploring the new things transportation facilities are required and in
the past years there was lack of infrastructure. But now in recent years of 2019s there was the

Hilton Sydney is situated at the mid of the market so there were many customers who

earn more. This restaurant also provides the facilities to its customers to book things online in
advance. This hotel is providing their services on the app which helps in navigating the
customers and interacting with the staff (Randhawa, et al., 2016). With the help of online
technology the customers can save their time and money which helps in improving the
performance of the business. Housekeeping department of the company is responsible for the
maintenance and the cleanliness of the room area and the surroundings. So there are many
technical things such as vacuum cleaner which helps in cleaning the room and surroundings.
There were many other services also provided by the housekeeping departments such as laundry
services, spa services, health club, etc. A company has its own apps and the website which help
in providing quality services on-time and also saves the cost.
Demography impact changes
The hospitality industry also gets affected due to the change in demographic factors such
as education, gender, age, income, and experience. It is evaluated that educated and youth
generation generally adopts more services from the Hilton Hotel as they know about the
technology things (Zaitseva, et al., 2016). As the literacy rate has increased so Hilton Sydney has
made some policies in regards to the packages of the tour in which certain services are provided
to customers such as laundry services, spa services, etc. Some families are very big so they take
the packages from the hotel to save the cost. In that packages the small children’s are discounted
so educated people generally take those packages only. It helps in increasing the performance of
the company and saving the cost. The attitude of the consumer and their intentions also impact
the performance of the company. As the population of the country is increasing so the demand
for tourism is also increasing and it leads to an increase in the demand for hospitality.

a great influence on the performance. The company should use the upgraded technology as it
