Assignment 2A- Outline of the Report
Introduction
The report throws light on analysis of the implementation of the digital
communication related strategy in the organization. The topic which has been chosen in the
respective report is “Communicating Companywide Employee Recognition” which is the
most effective strategies in managing the employees in the workplace appropriately. The
main aim and purpose of the report is to analyse and identify the importance of
communicating the recognition of employees in organization is essential for improving
productivity of the organization and morale of the employees in an effective manner. The
employees want to be respected in the workplace and valued by the others for their
contribution. Through the usage of the monetary and non-monetary benefits, the employees
can be recognized for the tasks performed by them and it will enhance their effectiveness.

In the respective article, the main aspect which has been highlighted is relating to
providing the different employees with proper recognition and motivation which will be
helpful in improving the overall productivity of the company in a positive manner. The
recognition of the employees is the major characteristics of the different companies and it has
been seen that due to extrinsic and intrinsic motivational factors, it has led to the well-being
of the different individuals which has led to the positive psychological functioning of the
individuals working in the companies along with improving their morale in generating high
productivity in a positive manner. As commented by the author, when the different
employees and their work is being valued, the productivity and satisfaction rises and they are

being motivated properly to improve their work to the excellent which will be beneficia; for
the overall success of the company in a positive manner.

From the respective article, it can be analyzed that the talent management is one of the
main aspects which can be used as it will be adding value in achieving the organizational
performance in a positive manner. The talent management is one of the main aspects which
should be important role in the business strategy as it manages the different assets of the
company which plays a vital role in achieving the business goals. It is the main reason; the
different companies need to make proper efforts to effectively manage the employees to help
them in developing the skills as well as capabilities as to retain them in a positive manner.
The engagement of the employees is the first and foremost aspect that should be
maintained by the different employees as it will be enhancing the overall growth of the
company along with enhancing the overall organizational productivity which will be
beneficial for the overall success of the firm in a positive manner. The different companies
are made up of people and these people can make or ruin the organization. Having a strategic
talent management helps the companies in keeping their employees satisfied and it will be
reflecting on their performance as well.
In addition, the talent management is defined as the instinctive quality which helps in
managing the competency and ability of the different individuals which helps them in
empowering the individuals and making them work in a more effective manner. The human
