Learning needs of others for identifying the efficient use of any knowledge management
system of an organisation:
Step 1: It is required by the organisation to identify the several issues of the business for
gaining an understanding about how to implement the knowledge management system. The
problems are required to be understood and the evaluation or assessment of the quantity and
variety of the information of the business that has been stored in the databases, on web and
the personal knowledge and the experience of the employees.
Step 2: The idea of the requirements of the transition of the KMS are required to be
understood by the organisation.
Step 3: A dedicated teams are required to be gathered for the effective use of the KMS in the
organisation.
Step 4: The evaluation of the technology requirements and the prioritizing the requirements
are required to be done in the organisation.
Answer of question 2:
The three federal legislative requirements are:
It is required by the organisation to provide the employees with appropriate leaves as
required.
The financial laws state that the proper taxation is required for the organisation to declare the
organisation as a legal one.
According to Privacy regulation 2013, the organisations are required to take steps for
destroying the information that is not required anymore.

When the organisations does not implement the proper functions that are required for
providing the appropriate knowledge about the management system of the organisation, then
the organisation might be at risk

It is required to share the information using proper methods of training because this is the
initial phase of gaining knowledge about the management system of the organisation and this
method of training is an interactive session where the employees would have their doubts
cleared regarding the working of the management system.

The learning activities of the management system of any organisation helps in the providing
of the customer services because the employees of the organisations have the knowledge of
how to properly handle the customers and as the customers obtain better services from the
companies, the expectation of more services also increases in the organisations.

The major objective behind the implementation and the monitoring of the effective document
management system learning outcomes is to provide the knowledge to the employees and the
staff regarding the results of the activities for improvement in the future and the employees
can know about their knowledge.

employees for the effective performing of the team then review of the training activities is
