Six week long fundamental writing workshop

This document is about informing employees about a six week long workshop to improve written communication skills. The workshop aims to address the errors that have occurred in previous business meetings and provide employees with valuable communication lessons. 2MANAGEMENT
1. The purpose of the message is that the employees must be made aware about the proper
rules of communication within any business environment. There has been a kind of
embarrassment that happened in a meeting. It is for this reason that the employees must
be asked to take up these communication classes that will help them to work over their
errors (Whalen, 2016).
2. The audiences are mainly the employees that are working within the organization. The
targeted audiences are the ones who have to take part in many of the written and oral
communication. They can refer to the employees who are taking part in the PowerPoint
presentations and others.
3. I will explain the errors that have happened in the last business meeting. The information
that I will include will mainly depend on the reports that have been circulated earlier.
These reports will mainly talk about the mistakes that have been made by the employees
while making any written business communication methods or other methods in which
the case will be solved. I will also make sure that I am not really putting any employee in
a shameful condition. This is because of the fact that I do not want to hurt the emotion of
any of my employees.
4. I will encourage the employees by saying that there will be additional or monetary
benefits that will help them to get motivated. I will also explain them that if they are
taking part in these activities then I will surely help them with whatever resources they
will be needing in all their future endeavors (Stout & Sorensen, 2015). The workshop
topics will be how to survive in a tough work culture. This topic will help the employee
as they will be able to learn many new things in order to survive in this tough culture.

5. The logistical information that I will include will mainly comprise of the benefits and the
perks that the employees will get. The logistical information will include a free flow of
internet, modern scientific methods of attending lectures like microphone, laptops and
other such devices. I will make a schedule about the six week long communication
classes to all the employees so that they are being able to carry on their work and their
sessions at the same time.
6. The subject line will be studying the principles of communication for the written works
of the company.

Dear all,
This is to inform you that we are starting a new six week long workshop for all of you. We have
noticed that in the past business meets; there have been several problems in the written
communication system. As the employees are facing several problems we are arranging for this
workshop and want all the employees to take part in the same. Though this is optional but at the
same time it is very important and Golden opportunity for all the employees. They will be able to
take good and valuable communication lessons from the eminent scholar from the Treleaven
Community College. Employees attending this workshop will also help them for getting some
additional monetary benefits.
