2. Among all the hazard that has been highlighted above, I would like to eliminate the hazard
related to working with an employee who is under the influence of alcohol and other drug
addiction. This might be harmful for the other employees because the in toxic behavior of that
employee might scare out the customers of the store and hamper the workplace environment of
the store.
3. It is possible that the intoxicated staff does not realize the hazard around him. This might lead
to be less conscious and being slower.
4. Each and every one who is in the charge of taking certain responsibilities that is involved with
the hazards and the risks. It might be useful for consulting the other parts, Example includes the
previous staff members, the experts, the officers from various different experts.
5. For controlling the risk, it is therefore necessary to remove the hazard, replace and refurbish
like replacing the broken parts with new ones. The store keeper must need to provide correct
