Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) is basically the discipline that aims and is
concerned with the protection of the safety and the health of all the employees who are the major
stakeholders in the workplace from the exposure from any of the hazards and the risks or any of
the challenges that results from the activities related to the work (Ackermann et al., 2014). WHS
includes the policies and the specific procedures for ensuring the health and the safety of the
employees at the workplace as per the government standards. As per the work health and safety
Act of the year 2011 it is the responsibility of all the organization towards the protection of the
