Part 1:
Introduction:
The importance of the assessing the individual skills and competencies is significantly
high for the evaluation of the appropriateness of the individuals for a particular job. The
evaluation plays a crucial role for an individual in gaining the idea of the strengths and
opportunities which can be utilised for achieving the competitive advantage over the
competitor candidates for a particular job and along with that, the evaluation enables an
individual to have the idea of his or her threats and weakness that are in need of further
improvement from his or her part for increasing their suitability for a particular job (Rangkuti
2015). The paper is focused in the elaboration of my appropriateness for the position of the
executive business analyst position. The paper prepares an insightful strategic development
plan that is based on my skills and capabilities and along with that, it describes regarding the
strengths, weakness, opportunities and the threats of mine in the position of the executive
business analyst. Apart from this, the paper includes an analysis for the identification of the
resources that will be much required for the implementation of the strategic personal
development plan.
Personal Mission:
My personal mission is to become an efficient professional and to gain the skills and
the competencies that can improve my operations in organizational context.
Apart from this, I want to establish myself in terms of wealth and want to gain the
much required financial stability in my personal life.

SWOT Analysis:
Strengths:
One of the key strengths of mine as a professional is the effective communication. I
have the idea of what needs to be communicated to my junior or the senior employees and at
the same time, I be very mindful to the information that are communicated from my part. The
skill of effective communication enables to have the capability of managing the conflicts
inside the organizations in an efficient manner.
Apart from this, my capability of understanding the emotions of people of my
surroundings and the employees that I have worked with, is significantly crucial for me in the
effective management of my subordinate employees. This helps me in a significant manner in
avoiding the employee unrest and in building a strong relationship between me and my team
members.
I have the capability of forming efficient strategies for the development of the
organizations and along with that, the skill plays a crucial role for me in the formulation of
the strategies for the implementation of the organizational change inside the organizations.
Weakness:
One of my prime weakness is my emotions. I am notably affected with the impact of
the emotions and that is pretty evident with decisions that I take while having an emotional
misbalance.
I have some sort of discomfort in the appropriate interpretation of the information and
that affects my decision making in a significant manner.
I prefer to take the decisions on the basis of an appropriate review of the facts and
figures and until I get satisfied with the evaluation, I prefer not to take the decisions. This
