INTRODUCTION
Management can be defined as an art of getting things done
from others. It is very important for all the organisations
to have good management so that their entire activities
will be conducted in an effective manner. The
management is being designed by the senior members of
the companies itself and the employees are also selected
by them only. It is very important that the managers
should make good plans and policies for the company so
that the productivity and profitability of the company gets
enhanced.

skills in career development
The benefits that comes along with the managerial and
personal skills in career development are as follows:-
 The managerial skills will be very effective in
understanding the employees. Like through motivation,
I will be able to encourage the employees to do their
work in more effective manner and with good
communication skills, I will be able to do conversation
with the employees properly and know their issues as
well.

 If my personal skills will be developed, then it will
benefit my career very much as I will be able to
tackle all the situations alone and solve my problems
with myself. Nowadays, confidence is required to be
present in every person and if it is not there, then is
various kinds of problems may arise.

Conclusion
From the above report, it can be concluded that management
is a very important part of every company. The managers
are the ones who are having the highest position in the
management. They are required to take care of the
employees and make them feel comfortable so that they
