In the sector of commercial photography, personal photography and family photography one of
the specialized organization is the ShutterCorp Photography. Currently this organization is
having more than 25 studios and the business of them is growing in an exponential manner. The
current business model of the organization requires an extensive analysis so that important
changes can be implemented in the organization for a high amount of growth of the business. In
this report a brief overview of the current business model will be discussed and a To-Be business
model will be recommended to the organization. For the As-Is model execution of the waste
analysis has been also done in this report.

Elimination of the additional tasks of the customer service representative can be done with
implementation of the automation processes which are currently related with the business. By
implementation of this automation process extra payment for customer representative can be
saved.

website the customers will be able to place their orders by their own and no intermediate
representative is needed in this case. Thus service of customer representative can be eliminated
and also with that overall booking process will be optimized. Here first of all the customer needs
to register on the webpage, this will be applicable for the new users only. For the existing users,
they need to login to the website by providing proper login ID and password. After the login

A cost analysis has been done for the implementation of the website and it has been
assessed that approximately 1400 EUR is required in this case. For enhancing the current
photographic equipment there is a cost about 2200 EUR. By implementing the website and
improving the equipment the overall business running cost will be reduced marginally.
