This report comprises of some of the important components of organization change and management of this change. Whenever there is need for change in an organization, there is always a section of personnel and staff within the organization that feel the change is not necessary. The report discusses various approaches towards change management, such as Lewin's change management model and Kotter's change management theory. It also assesses Cheryl Hailstrom's change management program and the way she communicated the change, providing recommendations for improvement.
