Introduction
The aspect of classroom dynamics are
concerned with the approaches in which people can
interact with one another within a class. The concept
of classroom dynamics include behaviours, emotions,
imaginations along with the ways in which teacher
present academic material together with interactions
of students (Addo-Fordjour and et.al., 2021).

dynamics expresses regarding the approaches
in which the people within a class interact with
one another (Ahmadi and et.al., 2019). It
speaks about the way in which they talk and
act as well as express their feelings and
opinions along with behaving within a group.

Characteristics of group environments that
help in learning and development
Group dynamics or environment are same terms and is defined as an attitudinal and
behavioural features of a group that have concerns about the process as well as structure of group
formation and their functioning (Ahmed, 2019). There are various characteristics of group environment
that influence and facilitate learning and development activities and some of these characteristics are
described as under:
 Shared purpose
 Trust and openness
 Willingness to correct mistakes
 Diversity and inclusion
 Consensus decision-making

 Shared purpose: This is a key characteristic of a group that
expresses group members have common objective or goal to
maintain its existence and achieving results effectively (Antsupov
and et.al., 2021). Shared purpose of a group must be recognised
through all members to meet desured results of the group.

 Diversity and inclusion: Group members come
together for a specific purpose and their arbitrarily
interactions from different beliefs, values, culture and
many others which should be synchronised
(Armstrong, Parlato and Frost, 2021). The major goal
of inclusion as well as diversity is to carry
collaboration among persons and engage them
together.

Evaluation of strategies for managing
group dynamics
Such strategies that can be utilized within the
process of management of group dynamics are evaluated as

 Setting norms of full participation: It involves the
establishment of a model behavior, guidelines, norms and
strategies that can improve the health of the classroom
environment as well as managing its learning and development
activities. A combination of mutually accepted norms and rules
should be created for the learners to bring about mutual respect
and understanding among the group members to empower full
participation (Beetz and et.al., 2020).

Ways to involve learners in the process of
managing own learning and development
within groups
The process of learning as well as development of a
student can get improved within a group by identifying
their objectives that will help in the process of
understanding in respect to expectations and desires.
 Understanding the learner's interest can be a
fundamental motivator for its development as well
as increasing the possibilities of greater participation
towards learning.

 Classroom discussions by the learners can become a very
favourable aspect to meet its needs for understanding its
knowledge and improving its learning activities.
 Recognising prior knowledge of a leraner can help in
outlining knowldge of students towards a topic whih is given
that could enhance activities which are associated with the

Explanation of managing barriers to
individual learnings in groups
There are different barriers of learning and some of these barriers
are related to the emotions, educational environment, behavioural barriers
and many more. To minimise such barriers, there are some aspects that can
be excluded:
 Curricular activities can facilitate in the process of improving learning
activities by providing effective time for resting and recreation for
learners.
 Short instructions increase learning activities by eliminating the barrier
of learning communication.
