INTRODUCTION
Group dynamic refers to the cognition and behavioural characteristic of a group which assist in
solving the problems as there is teamwork and collaboration of each individual. In group,
individuals brings innovative ideas and they get opportunity to learn from each other which make
them more productive(Scott, and Visser, 2022). The concept of the group dynamic provides the
learner good strengths, factors and measure of success along with professional tools. The teacher
in the classroom encourage the students to participate in all activities of the schools or college
and create the group dynamics where students are able to share their ideas that enable them to
develop confidence level and enhance the atmosphere of the students in classroom. By studying
the group dynamics, students are able to engage in the activities of learning. This assists in
changing the behaviour of the students due to the interaction in group and able to perform
various work of the projects.

There are various characteristics of the group environment that assist in learning and
developing the learner in the classroom which are depicted as under:
 Priority: A group environment enables a learner to prioritise the tasks which are considered
most important and also help them in bringing new ideas for their project work. It helps in
enhancing their knowledge and get them able to make collaboration in a group.
Collaboration: When the learners work in a team and provide their full collaboration that make
them enable to learn and grow from each other(Efford,2021). It helps in developing the high
level thinking skills in a student and boost their confidence level, improve their interpersonal
skills and maximise their educational experience.
 Creativity: Learning in group assist the individuals to build knowledge and develop skills by
using creative techniques. An instructor guides the learners by using various creative method so
that they are able to synthesize information and enhance their educational experience. It helps in
enhancing the capability of thinking that boosts the problem solving skills.
 Curiosity: A learner must be curious to ask questions as it is a key to learn and share heir ideas
within a group to know the posuitive and negative effects of learning(Baratti and et.al., 2021).

The learners must practice and encourage active learning so that they can be able to
communicate effectively.

There are various steps that are taken by a leader to manage the group dynamics which are
outlined below:
 Defines role and responsibilities: A leader or a teacher is required to assign the roles and
responsibilities to the students in order to perform the project work effectively. A learning must
be created which make the student feel that they are capable or valuable and encourage them to
speak fearlessly.
 Break down barriers: When the groups are made so sometimes, interpersonal conflict arises
that create hindrances in completing the project therefore, it is required by the teacher to resolve
all the conflicts to create the learning environment(Goldstone, Baker, and Barg, 2021). The
quality of the work are decline due to the conflict so a leader should encourage the steam of the
students to come with the problems to sort out them.
 Focus on communication: The learners should provide an opportunity for communication in a
team so that they feel that their contribution are valued which keeps them motivated ad
encourage them to bring innovative ideas for their project work. This improves the
communication of learner and also provide them food job opportunity for future.
 Tackle problems quickly with good feedback: A learner should solve the problem of the group
individuals by providing them effective feed back so the they can create a good environment for
learning and also encourage to learn how to tackle the problems which help them in learning
leadership skills.
 Pay attention: A leader should observe the dynamic of group in order to create the positive team
by resolving all their conflicts and addressing their issues so that the learning environment can be

 Organise class room discussion: A classroom discussion must be organised by a leader in order
to encourage all the learners to participate in such discussion which help in improving the

material and enhance their interest mad engagement.
 Design highly relevant learning activities: The teacher design learning activities in such ways
that attract the individuals to participate in the activities. It helps in collaborative learning and
enhance critical thinking skills and improve social skills as well. This enable the leaner to engage
with the activities that are held in the classroom.
 Integrate modern technology: Technology provides instant accessibility to the information
therefore a teacher should use technology and provide opportunity to the students to use the latest
technology such as PowerPoint presentation, internet homework assignments and so on. This
enable the students to learn various technologies which help them in learning technical skills.
 Foster competition among students: A healthy competition encourage the students to give their
best performance. This help them to be more inquisitive, research independently and learn
teamwork as well. The students strive to so more than what is required which assist them to
prepare for the future situations.
 Provide regular feedback in terms of progress: A leader should provide regular feedback to
the students for the performance also provide them award to encourage them to be more
innovative and productive(Shariati, and et.al., 2021). Feedback help the students in improving
their skills and knowledge and develop their confidence as well.

A leader must aware the students with barrier which they can face during learning and provide
them effective ways to overcome such barriers. The ways are described as under:
 Begin with believing: The students can over come the learning barrier by practising belief which
ensure success to them. The students have to practice belief that they can struggle and do their
bets to get the positive outcomes.
 Provide context and relevance: A student is required to make solid connection with the lessons
taught in the classroom through relevance to the learner. The things must create connection
which are relevant for the students and ensure that the learning has taken place in the
classroom(Bray, R2021). The students perform their task by applying skills and knowledge
which they have learned in the class.
 Debrief and assess constantly: Interesting assessment activities engage the students and keeps

interpret as under:
 Discipline: The classroom needs a behavioural code in order to maintain discipline so that the
students feel comfortable to express themselves(Scheckel, and et.al., 2021). When the rules are
followed in the classroom so the teacher inform the students about the expectations and provide
their feedback to them so that the area where they lack can be improved and clarify their
confusion. When the rules are broken so a predetermined consequence are followed by a teacher.
 Motivation: The students are not motivated as they have different dynamics consisted of
different students. As all the student have third own interest and talent so the classroom is
required to flexible so that it can accommodate the individuality of the students. Thus, the
students can be motivated when their goals and interest are focused by the group dynamics.
 Participation: The group dynamics required the participation of all the students in the activities
and discussion. The teachers should encourage each students to participate in the activities of the

 Share knowledge: Classroom is place where teacher are able to share knowledge with the
students that make them to learn new skills such as communication, group discussion, problem
solving and so on. In group, the students are able to learn from each other and get information
about the activities or assignments so that they can capture the interest and goals.
(2.3) Use of motivational approach in learning
Motivation influence the behaviour of the students as it asit them to get energies and encourage
them to work towards the goals of the group. Motivation assist the students to increase their
efforts to achieve the specific goal. When the students perform well so the teacher provide
recognition and reward the students for their good and efficient performance which assist in
providing motivation to the students. The students get more productive or creative and are
encouraged to share their innovative ideas with each other and make strategies to get the goals of
the group.
(2.4) Behaviour management solution utilise in class
There are various strategies of behaviour management that are utilised in the classroom
which are outline as under:

 Building relationships: A leader is required to make good relationship with the learners in
order to make them feel motivated by providing them area to communicate openly. This assist
the students in learning behavior to give respect to the individuals and make them accountable
for their behavior(Zhao, and et.al., 2021). The teacher can support the students in extra curricular
activities and provide them notes which assist in building effective relationship with them.
 Collaborative class rules: A grey environment in the classroom cultivated when the teachers
and the students collaborate with each other to make the rules. With the help of these rules
students are able to interact with the teacher, classmates and other individuals. The students are
given opportunity to contribute for the rules which keeps them motivated and encourage
effective collaboration.
 Routines: The students are provided opportunity to set routines of the classroom for every day.
The students must be provided support for making routines and behavior. Sometimes, it happens
that students get confuse as they are not able to decide what their expectations. Therefore,

 Rewards: The students are provided opportunity to share their creativity within the classroom
and their contribution to the class rules. Therefore, the learners must be provided rewards for
their creativity which provides them motivation so that they can be more creative. This, reward
system would be best to manage the behaviour of the students and encouraging them to make
collaboration in a team.
 Quite and quick correction: when the student’s performance are not good so they are needed
correction so that they can perform better. Therefore, a teacher is required to teach the students
well by addressing their behaviour so that the students can be able to know the
consequences(Martinez-Piazuelo, and et.al., 2022). The teacher should not use the words such as
shame because this demotivate the students and force them to drop the Idea of learning.

(3.1)Support learner's right in relation to equity, diversity and inclusion
Equality and diversity reference to the idea of promoting and accepting the differences Between
the students. Equality ensures that all the students are fairly and equally treated in the classroom
without any dissemination like race, gender, age, disability and so on. Diversity reference to the
idea where all the difference are recognized and respected to create an effective atmosphere in

the classroom where students are from different cultures, religion or cities. Therefore, it is
necessary for both the teachers and the students to promote diversity and equality in the
classroom which can be done in following ways:
 The rules must be made in relation to treat the students and staff in well mannered where
discrimination can not be made.
 An inclusive culture must be created for the students and staff buy avoiding negative attitudes
and stereotypes.
 The multiculturalism must be promoted in the lessons where diversity is reflected in the
classrooms.
 All the students are provided equal opportunity to participate in the activities of the classroom
and also ensure that the learning materials should not discriminate against anyone.
 The teacher should use the various of teaching methods with various assessments and ensures
fair policies and procedures to be followed at the institution.
 Positive relationships and attitudes are fostered throughout the institution where mutual respect is
promoted and provide positive attitude between the communities.
 This assist in sharing a sense of belonging and inclusion is encouraged in the classroom. The

The institution take various precautions measures in order to provide security to the staff and the
students which are outlined as under:
 Invest in the training and education: The institution should provide opportunities to the staff to
practice drill, ask questions and making suggestions that are based on their experience. The
teacher must have required skills and knowledge which can support the students during an
emergency(Docherty, Zaka, and Fox-Turnbull, 2021). They must have freedom to make
decisions in accordance with the situations and also able to maintain confidentiality related to the
information.

 Establish an ID entrance policy: The institution take precautions measures in order to prevent
threat before it can begin. The threat can be reduced or eliminated by applying an ID entrance
policy at the door of the institution. A policy indicates that only those persons are allowed in the
campus who have identity card otherwise permission will not be granted for others. This helps
the students and staff to secure the main entrance and create strategic goals towards safety.
 Encourage students to be proactive: The students are encouraged to engage with the faculty in
order to make them proactive to secure the institution from the threat. The students provide help
to the institution to take safety measures and also alert the staff members from the threat. The
students also help the teachers when they feel that they are approachable to the problems and
keeps positive attitudes towards the help.
 Secure the door and windows: To take the safety measures, an institution locks the door and
windows for the safety and keep out threat and provide secure platform to the staff and the
students. It is necessary that the lock should be easy to use and reachable.
 Communicate the importance of security: This is required to inform the institution about security

identity theft or compromise of account. There are many ways where data can be saved and
prevent from unauthorized access which are described as under:
 Encrypt sensitive files: This function enables the user to secure it’s data and information and
not allow to open or read data with having a password. Therefore the data can be protected from
being ready by the outside or unauthorized person who are not entitled to access the information.
 Manage data access: The data is managed by controlling the access and do not allow any
other to access confidential information easily. It ensures the users that no one can access the

 Manage data acquisition: The user of the information have to take precautions while
collecting the sensitive data and remain conscious about the actually required data(Musil, and

performance and taking corrective measures to improve it by using different tools to assess the
class room dynamics. Some of the tools that can be used to assess the classroom dynamics are
explained below –
 Rubrics – It is a scoring guide that is used to evaluate the performance. It can also be used by
the teachers to assess the class room dynamics and can also be used for grading, for providing
feedbacks to the students and for providing the students with information to consider their
learning(Bentout, Chen, and Djilali, 2021). It serves as an effective tool for assessing quality
student work like essays, projects, reports etc.
 Focus Groups – The teachers can also form focus groups in the class that will encourage group
learning and will also help in getting effective reflections and perspectives from small group of
students that will provide valuable information about the classroom dynamics for doing further
assessments.
 Portfolios – They provide the windows for the students learning process. They can be used for
short-term as well as long-term projects. They also provide students to evaluate their own work
and academic progress. For teachers, they serve as a documented evidence of teaching from

of both teachers as well as students.

 Peer observation – It refers to observing the work or tasks of peers or colleagues or students (in

answer the challenging questions posed by the instructor. It can be done by discussing the
answers with others to obtain the final answer. Peer observation helps in enhancing the students’
learning. In this, the teachers call colleagues in the classes so as to observe what the students are
doing as a result of which the reflections and meetings could be conducted to discuss the ways
for improving teaching as well as learning.
 Student Feedbacks – The ways to use student feedbacks include the conduct of focus groups to
get the feedbacks regarding the academic performance and progress of the individuals and
getting their perspectives on the classroom performance so as to improve it. Another way to take
student feedbacks is to create a small group instructional feedback. And the effective way to
obtain students’ perceptions or feedbacks is to get anonymous online surveys to get their
perspective regarding their professors and other students of group and about their own learning
experiences as well.
 Recordings – The recording system of performance assessment is very beneficial in the
educations system’s information matters. They serve as the basic evidence to measure the
academic progress of the students and their performance throughout the academic year. Apart
from then academic performance, their classroom performance can also be recorded through
CCTV footages to observe their behavior and attitudes towards other students to encourage
group learning in the class to ensure enhancement of overall students’ learning.

the understanding of classroom dynamics to enable the students to enhance their learning
regarding establishing a positive environment of classroom so as to make the learners experience
convenient learning and communication with the groups learning. The principles and practices of
managing the classroom dynamics have been discussed in terms of group environments,
management of barriers for individual learning in groups, etc. The report has also highlighted the
use of listening skills that impact the classrooms dynamics by covering some motivational
approaches and behavioral management solutions son as to bring improvements in the group

learning environments. The ways to support the rights of learners such as equality, diversity and
inclusions have also been discussed with elimination of risks to security, health and well-being of
learner groups. The report has also dealt with the management of confidential information
associated with the group information exchange and methods to maintain the records by
complying with legislatory as well as organizational procedures. Further, the report has also
thrown a light on the tools to be used by the teachers to assess the classroom dynamics that
include rubrics, portfolios, surveys etc. with the ways to use some of the crucial tools od
performance assessment of classrooms such as peer observation, students’ feedbacks and
recordings so as to evaluate the classroom dynamics as well as performance.
