PRACTICAL ISSUES IN THE WORLD OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENTIntroductionThe increase in the impact of globalisation and the technology has revolutionised the scenario ofthe business market. The business market is now emphasising in the world of competition whereone organisation is trying to become superior to another. The following assignment focuses onthe management o human resource in the organisation namely Virgin Media. It comprises of theseveral strategies and theories that are to be taken up by the organisation so that the employeesatisfaction and employee motivation could be formulated in the organisation. It further dealswith the recruitment process that would help the organisation in recruiting the best possibleemployees so that the organisation could be benefitted from the work that would be done by theemployees in the work sector. Along with that, it further concentrates on the differences betweenthe personal management and the human resource management (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). It is witnessed in the assignment that the organisation runs in a successful manner with the helpof its human resources. Therefore, it could be said that human resources plays the major role inrunning the business of the organisation. Hence, proper management practices are required to beadopted by the organisation so that proper management of the human resource is formulated inthe respected organisation. Together with that, detailed description regarding the cessation of theemployment is also taken into consideration that would help the organisation in retaining itsemployees in the organisation by providing them with proper training to match the qualityworking of the other employees (Storey, 2014).
