Introduction
Managers are one of the main function that each and every organization needs for smooth
working of the business. Management department helps to manage all the activities of business
effectively. Managers are person who motivates and influence employees towards the
achievement of goals of objectives of business. Management department prepare plan for the
business to satisfy their customers. Report shows how a management department of Tesco
manages all the issues and problems arises in a business. Managers of Tesco needs to develop
strategies for effective working of an organization.
Emerging issues and challenges in an organization
Tesco is one of the leading company in retail sector of U.K. Tesco have a chain of supermar-
ket all over U.K. Tesco aims to become leading company all over the world. For that com-
pany needs to work effectively and compete with their competitors. Tesco facing a problem
to manage their employees and motivate them towards their work(Hambrick, (2015.)
. Culture and work environment effects the growth of an organization. Disputes between
employees and politics in an organization reduces efforts of employees they are not interested
towards work. Inefficiency of employees reduces customer satisfaction towards organization.
Technology up gradation in working of Tesco effects their smooth working as there are not
familiar to new technologies of business. Lack of communication between employees effects the
profitability of organization. Ineffectiveness of leadership and absence of clear direction to
employees. Employees are not aware of some services and problems in an organization. Jobs of
employees are not assigned properly and makes confusion in minds of employees. Organization
are not able to build a strong relation with their customer.

Transformational model
Model is use to solve problems in an organization and solve issues. Transformational
model requires to guide employees to conduct an effective work in an organization. Model helps
Tesco to satisfy their customer’s by providing them quality product and services. Helps business
to increase selling of goods and services.
Volume
Volume means the number of customers satisfied from products and services of Tesco.
And also analysis of sales of Tesco about the product and services purchased by their customers.
Tesco use this model for organised wok in their organization. Model helps them to conduct
systematic working in their organization. Due to lack of communication between employees
effects the business of Tesco and this model helps them to combine all parts of organization and
provide information about the use of new technology and services in an organization. Tesco
needs to develop an effective products with ability to satisfy the wants of their customers.
