Managers are one of the main function that each and every organization needs for smooth
working of the business. Management department helps to manage all the activities of business
effectively. Managers are person who motivates and influence employees towards the
achievement of goals of objectives of business. Management department prepare plan for the

manages all the issues and problems arises in a business. Managers of Tesco needs to develop
strategies for effective working of an organization.

Tesco is one of the leading company in retail sector of U.K. Tesco have a chain of
