Definition:
Leader- Leader is someone who deliver continuous support to the
workforce and align the things with respect to the objectives and
goals of organizations.
Manager- Manager is the one who deliver sufficient support to its
workforce in completing the allotted responsibilities (Weller and et.al.,
2018).

workforce
Managers act as disseminator in the
organization.
Leaders act as a representative of whole
team
Manager is the resource allocator in the
organisation.
They are the key knowledge person of the
organisation
Managers provide the outline of the tasks
to subordinates.
Leader act as coach for the team members
and is approachable.
Managers act as a mentor and do not
interact with employees on daily and
regular basis.
