maintain customer satisfaction. These approaches are defined below as:
• Just in time: It is a strategy to which is used by the managers and
leaders for increasing the efficiency and reducing the waste in
operation system.

the variation.

Operation management is leading with higher efficiency which is created
while providing services to customers. An organisation is managing its
operations in a manner to resolve issues or conflicts incurred within an
employees.

based on implementing them with particular process.
