 Operational management is basically the most important role which has been
performed in the organization. As it helps to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of the business to a large extent. Also, it helps to convert the raw
material into the finished products and services. Starbucks Cooperation is an
American coffee house chain which was founded in 1971.
 The company operate over 30,000 location worldwide. It serves many products
and large number of loyal customer base. This presentation will state the different
roles and characteristic of the leader and the manager which help the organization
to run in the effective manner. Further it will also analyse and differentiate
between the role of a leader and function of a manager by applying a range of
theories and concepts which helps the organization to work in the effective and
efficient manner.

 A leader is the person who has various abilities and qualities and attributes which
perform the function of leading the team in a particular direction and helps to
increase the performance by respecting the employees and thLeader – It plays an
important role in the organization as helps to work in the effective and efficient
manner.
 As it helps to provide proper guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to
individual and a group. As the tram leader motivate the individual helps to enhance
