This research project investigates the management operations of Marks & Spencer, a leading multinational retail company, to understand the key issues and challenges faced by the organization. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis from a survey of 50 employees and qualitative data analysis from interviews with 2 managers. The findings reveal significant issues related to employee satisfaction, conflict resolution, and the need for managerial style modifications. The research concludes with recommendations for improving employee engagement, communication, and training programs to enhance overall organizational performance.
