The company had theprofit of £5.29 billion in previous financial year. With the advance technology, now theorganisation can produce 310,000 units is a year.The report will cover the details of management structure of the organisation with rolesof both, managers and leaders and the differences between management and leadership. Thestrength and weakness of different approaches to leadership and management with differentmodels and theories. Also, their role on the future improvement is been presented.
