Present assignment is based on topic is “Management Operation” and also 4Com it is a
telecommunication company in the UK. In this report, there are characteristics and roles of
leader and manager and how they apply various function in various situations. Various theories
and models of leadership along with importance of management operation in attaining cited
company goals and objectives, which is also analysed in this file.

and conflict situation in the 4Com.
 Supportive: It is another good characteristics because in this form a leader support
employees and make various efforts to solve the issues, whether they are individual or
professional.
