There will be problems if the employees act with elevated concerns and stops using the application. This is because this will hamper the chances of the management to identify talented individuals. It will also lead to problems in incorporating the employees the corporate values through non-verbal communication. 2.Is full, open and candid communication desirable from the perspective of the bank? Answer to Question 2 There are mixed reactions on the presence of full open and candid communications as because though such kind of communications is helpful for the identification of the capability of the employees, it can also create problems with mishandling.
