Introduction
The main aim of this personal learning portfolio is to carry out the activities of program
management in order to develop the portfolio. In relation to this learning portfolio, five exercises
have been evaluated with the context of given case scenarios. In addition to this, the case study
of VANT’s problems, TSU’s rapid release, NSW program stakeholders program are also
evaluated and the respective activities are also explained in context of program or project
management. On the other hand, reflective report over the activities is also prepared with the
inclusion of learning and the skills that are tested during the assignment.

Portfolio 1: VANT’s problems
1. Appropriateness of program management
Over the given scenario, it is assessed that the VANT business is operating in the high- tech
manufacturing industry and it delivers the products as per the order to customers. The VANT
business is growing with rapid force and it is gaining competitive advantages from its
competitors.
Over the assessment, it is determined that the program management is an effective approach for
the business to manage the several activities in the organization. It is suitable in order to engage
with the project coordination so that the project can be monitored and delivered on time. On the
other hand, program management is supportive to bring the transformation in the project
activities which directly help the business to deal with the achievement of object. Over the
VANT’s business situation, it is also assessed that the program management is useful for the
organization to manage the kind of activities in order to deliver the product on time. As it is also
reviewed that the program management is effective approach to deal with the challenges for
business as any change or difficulty occurs than it is significant to resolve the project
complexities. With respect to this, it can be stated that the program management is crucial for the
business to take lead in the poor work and improve as the professional program management.
Moreover, the productive program management is appropriate to found out the innovative and
strategic ways through which the project can be accomplished in respect to managing the
program circumstances to deliver higher quality of project. It is also reliable in context of getting
the real time report on the specific projects so that the program can be tracked and improved the
