2. Current program stakeholder management principles
Over the review of current case, it is determined that the stakeholders are the important part for
any project so the interest, affect and effect on those should be treated fairly. In context to this,

towards the cooperative behavior so that the program can be managed in significant manner. In
addition to this, the principle of communication is used because it is support to understand the
perception of different stakeholders so the decisions can also be taken in reliable manner
(Heldman, 2018). The planning approach or principle is also creative for delivering the solution
of problem in effective manner. Moreover, the principle of relationship is also creative for the
schools and communities to build the trust in engaged stakeholders. At the same time, it can also
be useful to develop the confidence to work with the people in productive manner. Moreover, the
compromise principles are also adopted as it determines the expectations and priorities of
stakeholders which directly support the parties to deliver the needs in required manner.
Moreover, it is also explained that the current system is might be lacking in the collaboration
with other schools and perspective societies so that the parties should engaged into the adoption
of new and strategic principle for the project. In relation to this, the authority council is also
engaging into the development of program management so that the reliable and available source

Portfolio 4: Successful program management
The program management seems a simple and easy process but it is typical system where the
practical implications are proposed. In order to engage with the successful program management,
it is required to have in-depth knowledge about the strategy that is employed by the program

resilient manner so the organization can achieve the proposed objectives and goals. At the same
time, the successful program management is also focused on each and every activities of

revealed that the project process depends on the organizational conditions as the project is in the
critical stage or average in relation to completion manner. The program management faces the
challenges from the factors of projects as quality, scope, time duration and perspective
stakeholders along with the internal organization process so it becomes hazy for the program
managers to coordinate in between the organization, program and its stakeholders for desirable
results.
In addition to this, the successful project management considers the criteria in order to get
success. The successful stakeholders bring the required resource near the determined objectives
in order to get the objectives with the available resources. In context to the successful criteria for
a program, the major criteria are as triple bottom line such as time, cost and quality which are

products and deliver it on time (Harris, 2017). The project was successful due to the effective
and successful program management with the inclusion of resource management investment,
capacity planning and the combined portfolio so that the successful project has been
implemented and the objectives have been attained in reliable manner. On the other hand, the
