Introduction
The aim of this presentation is to develop a
management protocol for the Visy food plastics
company, into the future.
Specific topics related to module 5 and 6 of The Course
work discussed under the broad topic, chosen here.
Ethical challenges and relevant strategies related to
creation of an ethical organization, leveraging culture
and Diversity, attaining competitive advantage by
means of strategic management of people and lastly
fostering innovation are the primary aspects that could
be discussed under the scope of this presentation.
The presentation would consider the most difficult
challenges faced, along with the personal vision and
most suitable strategic objectives and approach for
managing those strategies.

Organizational background
Visy food plastics are one of the largest pet
container manufacturers of Australia.
The company has produced more than 2
billion containers along with 1.5 billion pre
forms of plastics in the last financial year
(Woods, 2016).
The company offers plastic bottle packaging
solutions to a range of industries including
beverage, Dairy, health and Pharmaceutical,
Industrial and chemical, salt Industries,
alcohol and household and so on.

Creating an ethical organization
An organisation faces some basic challenges and should
adopt sometime and strategies in order to emerge as an
ethical organisation.
So far as Visy Food Plastics are concerned, business
into production of plastic pet containers my face ethical
dilemmas as well as challenges, inside and outside the
organisation.
The first stance the organisation needs to undertake in
order to establish their ethical culture is to become a role
model and be visible above others.
In the course module we have acquired that the
employees or departments of the concerned
organisation should be looking up to an ideal footstep
which we can follow in order to establish their ethical
culture (Locock, 2017).
In this case the organization, themselves, need to
establish their ideal footstep in the industry and market.
