Introduction
The following paper aims at the reviewing of the presentation that has been allocated for
a peer-review. The following paper attempts a discussion on the post that discussed the
management of the workforce within the company of Westpac. The paper attempts a discussion
on the presentation that attempts to shed light on the issues of diversity management, workplace
communication and the implementation of the equality within the workforce. The paper further
discusses the communication that needs to be demonstrated by the concerned presenter. The only
issues that could have been highlighted referred to the issues of pronunciation and the poor style
of reading out. The paper further analyses the strengths of the presentation and sheds light on the
areas of improvement that might be considered by the presenter in future.
Relevant theories and concepts
The discussion opened with the discussion on the cultural management within the
organization. The speaker discusses the importance of the implementation of the cultural
management and the interpersonal communication within the business organizations. The
speaker further discusses the importance of diversity management within the given organization
in discussion. The discussion post sheds light on the importance of the diversity management
that is followed within the given company. The discussion post deals with a variety of prospects
that are presented within the given organization, Westpac. The given presentation discusses the
issues that are presented within the organization and attempts to shed light on the concepts of
diversity management, workplace communication and the implementation of the equality within
the workforce. The presentation fails to discuss the various theories that are related to the
concepts that have been discussed within the presentation (Guillaume, Dawson, Otaye‐Ebede,
Woods & West, 2017). The presentation identifies the issues that are presented within the

organization but does not refer to the specific theories and concepts that are presented in the
context of the smooth operations of the business organization, Westpac in this case. However,
the presentation is observed to have discussed the major issues that are presented in terms of the
overall operations within the company
Integration and implication of concepts
The speaker identifies the concepts of diversity management, workplace communications
well as the incorporation of the equality among the various members of the workforce who have
been serving the organization. The speaker has demonstrated a proper understanding of the
concepts of all the three factors that bear major relevance in terms of the issues that are faced by
Westpac in their daily businesses. The majority of the issues that are faced by the organization
refer to those that relate to the diverse nature of the workforce that has been serving the given
organization at the various hierarchical levels within the organization. The speaker in this case is
observed to have been discussing the various issues that are presented within the operations of
Westpac. The speaker does not mention the use of the theories within his speech but explains as
well as discusses the issues that arise within the organizational operations that are maintained in
order to put forth a proper identification and resolution of the concerned organizational issues
(Tulung & Ramdani, 2016). The speaker identifies the need for the diversity within the given
organization as well as highlights the benefits of maintenance of equality within the
organizational employees at Westpac.
Communication styles and effectiveness
The communication styles that have been implemented by the speaker within the
presentation do not tend to follow a smooth flow. The message that the speaker attempts to put
