Thereport is summarized and developed on the personal SWOT analysis and also thesuitability of an individual with the business corporation. Use of naturally sourcing data Naturally-occurring data has been considered as the data that is generated regardless ofthe presence or interference of an individual. There are various examples that can beconsidered as the integral factors for the naturally occurring data such as conversations,emails, corporate artifacts (Hossain, Rasti, Tabassum & Abdelnasser, 2014). Thementioned elements can be used by the individuals as the best examples for collecting thedata and as per the given scenario, these factors will also be proven beneficial whiledeveloping personal SWOT analysis. As it is clearly known that communication throughany means in an organization like Coles Supermarket which is operating on a large scaleis very important, simultaneously, while motivating and encouraging an employee in anorganization to do well in a company there is a huge part of emails, conversations etc(Harvey, Lieberman 2012). There are formal and informal rewards which are given in anorganization through emails which makes an employee feel recognized about the workwhich has been done by it. By this, the employee's morale and the level of assertion areincreased which makes the employee thrive to do more so as to achieve more (Buettner,2015). On the basis of these conversational praises, the employees get promotion andconsideration for the work done by them. Also, the other people who are associated withthis work get to know how to perform better.
