The motive of this essay is to make an analysis of the working purpose of the Royal Adelaide
Hospital along with a detailed evaluation of the scope of operations at this Hospital. Based on the
above analysis the researcher would reflect on the personal perspective of criteria that can be
used for evaluation of the effectiveness of this hospital and the selection of the criteria would
also be justified.
The researcher would also take into consideration the criteria of to other group of stakeholders to
the hospital. In this case the perspectives of the community as well as the customers would be
taken into consideration. After making a detailed evaluation of the operations of the organisation
from various perspectives, the data findings be used to develop a coherent approach of
evaluating the development and organisational effectiveness.
The objective of the essay is to use various parameter and criteria of organisational
effectiveness to provide a personal as well as third party perspective of the scope of operations
