Thereare different kind of personality traits of the diverse type of workplace that is inclusive ofpositive and negative traits. The positive traits include honesty, reliable, intelligent,trustworthy and patience among the different individuals in the workforce. On the other hand, Klarsfeld et al. (2014) has stated that there are different negativetraits in the diverse workplace that is inclusive of rude, obnoxious, laziness and unfriendlynature of the individuals.
